Icopal divests Rovakate in Finland

Following the group strategy of exiting the metal installation business, Icopal Finland will sell the activities of Rovakate Oy, its façade installation subsidiary as per December 31, 2011. The activities will be taken over by its key personnel in a so called management buy out (MBO).

For this purpose a company called RKC Construction Oy has been set-up by the new owners, which will take over all the Rovakate business at per January 1st, 2012. All employees of Rovakate will move to RKC Construction Oy as per this date.
