The diversity of the organisation members in terms of national background, experience, gender or other personal characteristics is emphasized throughout the Group. Diversity is considered at any given time and in particular in the process of recruiting new colleagues or board members to the company. Specific to the diversity of gender in our board of directors our target is set to have 20% underrepresented gender of the Board of Directors of Icopal a/s by the year 2018.
